1. Tenesta

Roamr er ein gamifisert utforskarapp der brukarar kan samle poeng, løyse quiz og utforske nærområdet. Tenesta er tilgjengeleg som webapp på roamr.no og som PWA-app på mobil.

2. Konto

• Du må vere minst 13 år for å registrere konto. Under 16 år krev samtykke frå føresette.
• Du er ansvarleg for å halde passordet ditt trygt.
• Vi kan suspendere kontar som bryt desse vilkåra.

3. Premium-abonnement

• Premium kostar 49 kr per månad og vert belasta månadsvis via Stripe.
• Abonnementet fornyast automatisk til det vert sagt opp.
• Du kan seie opp når som helst via «Administrer abonnement» i appen. Oppseiinga gjeld frå neste betalingsperiode.
• Ingen refusjon for påbegynt periode med mindre norsk forbrukarlovgjeving krev det.
• Vi forbeheld oss retten til å endre prisen med 30 dagars varsel.

4. Tillatne bruksområde

Du samtykkjer til å ikkje:

• bruke tenesta til ulovleg verksemd
• manipulere GPS-posisjon eller jukse i spelet
• forsøke å hacke, overbelaste eller forstyrre tenesta
• dele kontoen din med andre

5. Innhald og immaterielle rettar

Alt innhald i Roamr (kode, design, logo, tekst) tilhøyrer Maoyi AS. Kartdata er frå OpenStreetMap (ODbL-lisens). Du får ein avgrensa, ikkje-eksklusiv rett til å bruke tenesta til personleg, ikkje-kommersiell bruk.

6. Ansvarsavgrensing

Roamr leverast «som den er». Vi er ikkje ansvarleg for skader som oppstår under bruk av appen utandørs — ver alltid merksam på trafikk og omgivnader. Vi garanterer ikkje uavbroten tilgang til tenesta.

7. Endringar i tenesta

Vi kan endre, avgrense eller avslutte delar av tenesta. Vesentlege endringar for Premium-brukarar vert varsla med minst 30 dagars frist.

8. Gjeldande lov

Desse vilkåra er underlagde norsk rett. Tvistar vert løyste ved Oslo tingrett.

By using Roamr you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. The service is operated by Maoyi AS, Norway.

1. The Service

Roamr is a gamified exploration app where users can collect points, solve quizzes and explore their local area. The service is available as a web app at roamr.no and as a PWA on mobile.

2. Account

• You must be at least 13 years old to register an account. Under 16 requires parental consent.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Premium Subscription

• Premium costs NOK 49 per month and is charged monthly via Stripe.
• The subscription renews automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time via "Manage subscription" in the app. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing period.
• No refunds for the current period unless required by applicable consumer law.
• We reserve the right to change the price with 30 days' notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the service for illegal activities
• spoof GPS location or cheat in the game
• attempt to hack, overload or disrupt the service
• share your account with others

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All content in Roamr (code, design, logo, text) belongs to Maoyi AS. Map data is from OpenStreetMap (ODbL license). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service for personal, non-commercial use.

6. Limitation of Liability

Roamr is provided "as is". We are not liable for injuries or damages that occur while using the app outdoors — always be aware of traffic and surroundings. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service.

7. Changes to the Service

We may change, limit or discontinue parts of the service. Material changes for Premium users will be notified with at least 30 days' notice.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes shall be resolved at Oslo District Court.

Roamr es una aplicación de exploración gamificada donde los usuarios pueden coleccionar puntos, resolver cuestionarios y explorar su zona local. El servicio está disponible como aplicación web en roamr.no y como PWA en móvil.

2. Cuenta

• Debes tener al menos 13 años para registrar una cuenta. Los menores de 16 años requieren consentimiento parental.
• Eres responsable de mantener tu contraseña segura.
• Podemos suspender cuentas que violen estos términos.

3. Suscripción Premium

• Premium cuesta 49 NOK al mes y se cobra mensualmente a través de Stripe.
• La suscripción se renueva automáticamente hasta que se cancele.
• Puedes cancelar en cualquier momento a través de "Gestionar suscripción" en la app. La cancelación surte efecto desde el siguiente período de facturación.
• Sin reembolsos por el período en curso salvo que lo exija la legislación de consumidores aplicable.
• Nos reservamos el derecho de cambiar el precio con 30 días de aviso.

4. Uso Aceptable

Aceptas no:

• usar el servicio para actividades ilegales
• falsificar la ubicación GPS o hacer trampas en el juego
• intentar hackear, sobrecargar o interrumpir el servicio
• compartir tu cuenta con otros

5. Contenido y Propiedad Intelectual

Todo el contenido de Roamr (código, diseño, logo, texto) pertenece a Maoyi AS. Los datos de mapas son de OpenStreetMap (licencia ODbL). Se te otorga un derecho limitado y no exclusivo de usar el servicio para uso personal y no comercial.

6. Limitación de Responsabilidad

Roamr se proporciona "tal cual". No somos responsables de lesiones o daños que ocurran mientras se usa la app al aire libre — siempre presta atención al tráfico y al entorno. No garantizamos acceso ininterrumpido al servicio.

7. Cambios en el Servicio

Podemos cambiar, limitar o interrumpir partes del servicio. Los cambios importantes para usuarios Premium se notificarán con al menos 30 días de antelación.

8. Ley Aplicable

Estos términos se rigen por la ley noruega. Las disputas se resolverán en el Tribunal de Distrito de Oslo.
